I have a subaru legacy b4 99 twin turbo. Sometimes there is a whistle sounding noise coming from the engine. Usually when the car isn't moving like at an intersection. When I put my foot down on the accelerator it goes away so I think it may be a chain or something? Is this bad?

The 99 Legacy does not have a chain. There are a few possiblilites it could be, I recommend getting a Subaru technician to look at it before it turns into something serious.
