Hi Im looking to buy a used Ford Kuga 2013 Titanium. It passed its AA evaluation today BUT when I test drove it up a hill I got a screen message saying something like "Engine over temp, power reduced". From looking online it either means I was over revving (never had an SUV before), they had 91 petrol in it instead of 93, and /or. Or something is wrong- this is the message which was associated with a Ford Escape recall in 2013 in the US.
Can you advise whether I should follow up with this before purchase? I asked the dealer and he said he didn't know what it was.
