  1. Check/test condition of brake fluid and top-up (where applicable)
  2. Visual check of liquid cooling systems including level, coolant condition, radiator, radiator cap, and hoses (where applicable)
  3. Visual check and top-up power steering fluid (where applicable)
  4. Test 12V auxiliary battery condition, check connections and security
  5. Top-up windscreen washer fluid, test window washer, operation and spray pattern (including wiper blade condition)
  6. Check and clean windscreen
  7. Inspect bonnet latch and catch for corrosion and safe operation. Lubricate where required
  8. Inspect and top-up all reduction drive /gear drive fluid levels (where applicable)
  9. Visual inspection of steering rack (where visible)
  10. Visual inspection of CV boots and driveshafts (where applicable)
  11. Visual inspection of steering and suspension component condition including mounting, leaks, wear, damage and corrosion
  12. Visual inspection of security and condition of HV cables (where visible)
  13. Visual check drivetrain mounts (where visible)
  14. Check wheel bearings for excessive play
  15. Check park brake and adjust (where applicable and if required)
  16. Visual inspection of brake pads & shoes, discs & drums for wear or damage (wheels off inspection)
  17. Inspect tyre condition, tread depth and adjust tyre pressures (Including spare if accessible)
  18. Rotate tyres (if required)
  19. Tyre detailing/polish
  20. Inspect HV charge flap/cover operation and lubricate hinge where required
  21. Visual Inspection of HV charging socket for cleanliness, damage and corrosion
  22. Inspect and test headlights, main beam, indicator, brake, tail, number plate, reverse and driving/fog light operations
  23. Test horn operation
  24. Check air conditioning system operation/temperature
  25. Check cabin/pollen filter (where applicable and have direct access)
  26. Visual inspection of HV battery cooling fan filter (where applicable)
  27. Check seatbelt condition and operation
  28. Vehicle System Scan (subject to tooling compatibility)
  29. Reset service light/service interval where applicable (subject to tooling compatibility)
  30. Vacuum cabin (excluding boot) OR exterior wash (at selected sites)
  31. Deodorise cabin and dust dashboard
  32. Road test vehicle up to 50km/h
