Cancellation policy for online bookings

Please read the following policy carefully - booking a Pre Purchase Inspection online means that you agree to this.

Please note that you will remain liable for full payment of the fee of your Pre Purchase Inspection should you give less than 12 hours notification that the Pre Purchase Inspection is not required.

The AA reserves the right to change or move your booking due to any unforeseen circumstances.

To cancel your booking, please call the branch where your booking has been made. You can find the contact number on your booking confirmation.
