This GPS, is it only with NZ maps or does it contain Aussie maps. This I would like to know as I am regually in aussy. and how long would this GPS last without recharging, and if I could hibernate to save power, and when I click it back on will it return to the previous page.

These are extra unless you buy a model that comes with maps for other countries. Some products come bundled with Australian or World maps. Good brands also offer the ability to purchase maps for specific countries or groups of countries

Battery life varies greatly dependent on model and usage.
