Hi, I've selected a second-hand car I would like to purchase. Because I am purchasing from an AA preferred dealer, is it necessary to request a pre-purchase inspection, or would that be doubling up?
Thanks :)

Hi there,
There is nothing that can take the place of an inspection purchased by the vehicle buyer, this helps satisfy you of the overall vehicle condition before you buy it. Choosing a preferred dealer is the first step in the process of buying from a good source. the vehicle might receive an AA Appraisal which is a one-page snapshot into the vehicle, which can let you know if you want to proceed with the 100+ point check.
