I have heard that some VW Golf engines have had issues with pistons cracking, can you please offer any advice on this? It was mentioned in another post a while back but I cannot work out which models/years to avoid, and which will be a better buy? I am thinking of buying a Golf wagon 2008 with 1.4litre TSI engine Thanks
