I am currently an AA plus member. I recently brought a car and have been offered Toyota roadside service.
Is there any advantage of transferring my membership to my new car now that I have Toyota roadside service for over 2 years?

You will have to look carefully at Toyota coverage vrs AA Plus membership
With AA membership, it actually covers you as a person regardless of which car you are in.
