HI there,
I was driving my car up to a pretty bad uphill road (a dry muddy road with some tire tracks on it), I forgot to turn the steering wheel straight(approx. 180 degree to right), but the car still went straight. I realized to turn it straight when I heard some weird sound, something like scraping sound. No scarping sound After I turned it straight
After that, I tried to drive on normal road, when my steering wheel is straight, the car goes right but no more scraping sound.
Have I damaged the suspension? or just do an alignment to fix it?

I think you should take your car to be checked just in case, a workshop will look at your suspension and see if there are any issues and you might need an alignment after anything needs replacing.
