If a tyre with a higher profile could be fitted to your rim which didn't foul the body work that may provide a quitter ride.
If this is not possible you would need to purchase a smaller rim that is compatible with your vehicle along with tyres with a higher profile, this could be costly, it would pay to go to your local tyre shop to have your vehicle assessed before making any decision.
