Hi . I have a 2013 Kia optima and I was told the rear tyres were scalloping. The garage (not AA) rotated tyres to the front but didn't really tell me what I should do .. What should I do and know .. eg I don't want to pay for new shocks or tyres if it only needed a wheel alignment . TIA.

Hello Paul,

Our AA Auto Centres would have advised you to go to a reputable tyre shop and have the tyres checked and a wheel alignment conducted.
The tyre shop should be able to advise you of why scalloping is occurring,
and how it could be mitigated.
