i have just bought a 2009 Volvo V50 2.4ltr with only 69,000 ks on the clock , when should i change the cambelt as Volvo garage says 180,0000ks or 10 years but it is only just passed 10 tears and has such low k's on

Anything vehicle related that has a replacement interval will specify time or km's travelled whichever comes first- as age can affect the longevity of a component as well as km's travelled. So to be on the safe side- I would recommend replacement as soon as you can.
