what ecomomy should I get out of this vehicle for general running. Used mainly for trips of up to 20kms

Short cold runs are the worst case scenario to achieve good fuel consumption.

You’re average fuel economy could be around 10litres/100km plus.

Not a criticism of the car, its more the environment it is been driven in.
