Hi if my Subaru Impreza should run on 96 petrol but i am using 91 to save petrol cost will this harm my car Cheers

Suggest you start running it on 95 and see if performance and economy improves. Using 91 may be false economy.

I would be very nervous about running the lower octane if Subaru do not recommend it.
