My Honda Euro uses the high grade fuel, would it hurt the motor if I started using the lower grade?

You don’t say what year the Euro is. The first generation was very borderline and engine ‘pinking’ was not unusual when the lower octane fuel was used.

It’s a question you may need to ask your Honda Dealer, but I suspect they will say stick with 95 octane.
