While restoring an old car the original chassis number was destroyed by accident, The car is registered to me and is on exemption, How do i get a replacement chassis number and what would be the cost. Thanks

There is a vin/ chassis number re-affix form to fill out and the form actually needs to be also filled out by an entry certifier (AA entry inspection centre).
