If I have had a vehicle 9 months, have done 7000kms in this time. Havent had first warrant yet. Have had to get whole new set of tyres and arms/bushes are worn. What are my rights. Should I be responsible for paying this?

There is no yes or no answer to this question, but you need to apply your rights under the CGA to this situation. It may result in mediation sought through the disputes tribunal.
