Hi, I'm on my L plate, and I can get my restricted in a month and a half. Does the new law of 16 1/2 apply to me? Otherwise I would have had my L for 1 1/2 yrs before I could get my restricted….

Because you are already part way through the system, you may be eligible for an exemption which will allow contnuation of the process under the old system.
