I have a Coupe that I have removed the rear seats and belts from to use as a work vehicle. Does it still require rear seatbelts for a WOF and if not do I need a Low Volume Vehicle Certificate for this modification?

All you need to do is re-classify the vehicle as a two seater. Pick up the appropriate form from a Vehicle Testing Station to make the change.

You do not need a Low Vehicle Volume Certifier to inspect the vehicle.

When the WoF inspection takes place the inspector will treat the car as a two seater once this paper work is completed.

If you refit the seats and belts you will need to repeat the process.
