Someone decided to drive into my drivers side front wing and leave a nice big indentation. I was wondering if this damage would be resaon to fail the next WoF inspection?

It is a large dent/scrape above the wheel arch but does not affect steering?

The dent should not stop the car passing a WoF unless it has affected the headlight alignment or it has made the guard panel unstable or insecure in some way.
