Their personal transport choices

'How do you generally travel around Auckland yourself?'

The AA asked the leading candidates to become Auckland's next mayor:

Wayne Brown hs  Wayne Brown

I walk from my apartment when I'm going into the city as it's faster than the buses. I also do a lot of work around Pukekohe and Otahuhu so drive for that, and on the weekends cycle around Wynyard quarter and the waterfront (in the city centre).

Craig Lord  Craig Lord

Car, motorbike.

Efeso Collins hs  Efeso Collins

We own one car as a family, so I normally catch the bus or train, as I live very close to a public transport hub, and then I use a car if it’s my turn to do the school pick-ups and drop-offs. I am also hoping to invest in an e-bike soon.
