Towing

Lost keys
If we can’t unlock your Motorhome for you or your keys are lost, we’ll contribute $150 towards the labour costs of a locksmith
If your Motorhome breaks down more than 100km from home and repairs will take more than a day, AA Motorhome Plus also provides:
Rental Car for up to three days, to a maximum of $150 per day, to continue your journey or help get you home
Ground transport - if we can’t arrange a rental car, we’ll provide ground transport (e.g. bus or train) for you and those travelling with you
Emergency accommodation for up to three days, to a maximum of $150 per day, should you wish to wait while your Motorhome is being repaired
Benefit limits and exclusions
- AA Motorhome Plus is specific to one nominated Motorhome per household at any one time.
- Each AA Motorhome Plus claim is limited to a maximum of $1500 (incl. GST) per event and a total maximum annual subscription claim limit of $1500 (incl. GST). NOTE: Rental car, Ground Transport and/or Emergency Accommodation benefits are subject to availability and up to a combined maximum of three days and a maximum overall value of $450 (incl. GST).
- Towing benefits are only available for AA Motorhome Plus vehicles with a gross mass of up to 12 tonnes, maximum width of 2.44 metres overall, maximum height of 3m overall and/or maximum length of 7m overall. Recovery of vehicles requiring specialist recovery equipment is on a best endeavours basis and subject to availability.
- Rental Car benefit is subject to meeting the hiring requirements of the rental car company and does not include running costs or collision/loss damage waiver insurance.

- Any costs or charges in excess of benefit limits and entitlements and any additional charges for specialist recovery equipment will be at Member’s expense.
