How does it work?
Call us on 0800 224 663 any time that you have a home emergency. We can sort out an expert tradesperson to come to you 24/7, 365 days a year.
- We'll provide you with a quote upfront for one hour of the tradesperson's time.
- These rates depend on your location in New Zealand, the time of your callout, and the urgency. The hourly rates include GST, callout fees, and travel.
- Once the tradesperson is there, they will fix or make the situations safe. If your home incident required more time or a specialised service, we'll provide you with an obligation free quote.
- You can then decide if you want to accept the quote or look for an alternative. We guarantee the quality of our work.
As an AA Insurance Home or Landlord policy customer, you get AA Home Response at no charge. Plus, your subscription will continue for the whole time your property is insured with AA Insurance.
