Hello,

A week ago my fuel gauge went from being full straight down to empty. I then decided to fill my van up and that sorted that issue.

This morning my speedometer started fluctuating up and down and then dropped down to 0mph and hasn’t moved all day and now my fuel gauge is moving between full and 3/4.

Any assistance will be appreciated. Van is going into the garage Tuesday

Hi there,
Depending on the age of the vehicle, there could be an earthing/ battery problem which is affecting all the electrics. Or the speedo cable could have broken- which is common on old vehicles. The fuel sender unit could be playing up or stuck inside the tank. It's a bit hard to determine if there are a few faults or just the one causing multiple issues.
