I took my car for a WOF and passed but noted for my assistance was " all subframe structure wet". The guy didn't say anything about it. Do I need to worry ? (It was a rainy day when I took it in.)

It looks like it's just a not for the records that the subframes were noted as wet upon inspection and nothing really to do further.
