Hi, I recently (Wednesday) got my power steering leak looked at and tightened, I noticed my car had a leak under the car. Could this be water? the smell was odorless and was clear like water.

This one is common and often just the air conditioner vent which is just water leaking from a drain pipe approx. from the front passenger footwell area.
