How do these transmission systems compare for reliability general use for say 10 years.
I also tow a 730KG Surtees 495 boat.

Hi Brian,
The Hybrid Rav has a new eCVT transmission and would be difficult to know at this time how reliable they will be as the vehicle in under manufacturers warranty has only just come onto the NZ market. The specs show a good tow rating (750kg unbraked of which most cars today have) and a new type of AWD system.
