Hi. My 2016 Mazda2 comes out of the Manufacturers Warranty very soon and I have been offered an Extended Warranty (3 Years) by my Mazda Dealer. My car has done 46,000km. Would you be able to provide me some advice around how necessary this cover would be. Thanks.

If the car has had no claims or issues this far, then I would seriously consider not needing it. the Mazda2 is known to be pretty reliable. However it's like an insurance policy- you never know if or when you may need it- but if you had a problem you would be glad it's there. So there really is no one person who can tell you to get it or not.
