I bought an imported 2016 Mazda Axela and overall the car seems to be good. I have seen an issue with the USB. While playing music from a flash drive, the usb disconnects and connects. This happens every few minutes and I tried both the USB ports and also formatted the USB drive and still the issue persists. Also, there are several features shown on the MZD or infotainment but most of it doesn't work. What should I do, please advise.

I recommend visiting a Mazda dealer and seeing if it is a common issue that is easy to resolve- if the system is factory. If the system is aftermarket then you might need to go to a car audio system specialist near you for them to check out.
