I have an 1986 Toyota Hiace pop top 2ltr petrol van. Does it have a cam belt or chain? It has done 211.000kms.

The engine will be fitted with a timing chain.

A well proven engine and provided it is serviced on a regular basis, it is highly likely there is still plenty of life left in it yet.
