Am I allowed to tape L plates on my car as they are falling off. They do not obstruct my view but am unsure whether I am able to do this

Hi there,
I don't see any rule against doing this, it would be better to tape on than receive a fine for not displaying the plate. Maybe you could buy some Velcro stickers instead of tape.
