Repair before replacement
We’ll try to repair your windscreen rather than replace it. Your - and your family’s - safety are paramount. We’ll repair only if we are absolutely certain that it’s safe to.
Auto Glass Service
Windscreen chips and cracks can happen anywhere. Availability of the windscreen and auto glass service may be weather dependent. If a windscreen replacement is necessary, we'll organise a time and place that is convenient for you.

We’ll speak to your insurer on your behalf to make sure there isn’t any hassle or additional paperwork which could’ve been avoided.
Lifetime warranty
AA Auto Glass offers a lifetime warranty (whilst you own the vehicle) on workmanship and materials for as long as you own the vehicle. During the warranty period, subject to the exclusions as detailed below, if a windscreen or window AA Auto Glass has fitted to your vehicle leaks or is faulty, AA Auto Glass will rectify the problem free of charge.
The AA Auto Glass warranty does not cover faults caused by: physical damage (including impact damage); your neglect or negligence; abuse or misuse of your vehicle; driving your vehicle or removing the masking tape before the expiration of the curing time specified on the front of your invoice; pre-existing faults in your vehicle (including rust and corrosion); or fair wear and tear.
