Neil has been riding motorcycles since 1985 and coaching other riders since 2002. Before he left the UK to move to NZ in 2007, he had completed just about every form of advanced rider training available, including advanced motorcycling tests with Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM), Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), and a diploma in Advanced Motorcycling Instruction with RoSPA.
Neil is a fully-qualified NZ motorcycling instructor, with NZTA Instructor endorsement and NZTA approvals for Basic Handling Skills (BHS) and Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA), and has been delivering these services for many years.

Neil is an active member of IAM RoadSmart NZ, a charity dedicated to promoting better driving and riding and enhancing road safety.
