AA Home Book a Job connects you with expert and trusted AA Home tradespeople, while at the same time managing the whole process for you to ensure that:

  • Partner with like-minded local trades people who mirror the AA values of  integrity, honesty,
  • Meet with every trade business to induct them into our state-of-the-art Compliance, Health & Safety and Customer Service system
  • Monitor trade performance including timely arrival, friendly attitude, professionalism, integrity and workmanship
  • Give you the ability to rate your Trades person after each job they complete
  • Provide training and regular feedback to our Trades people to ensure the best possible outcome for you
  • Provide a 12-month Workmanship Guarantee.

  • AA Home Book a Job ensure that we only select suitably qualified, licensed and insured Trades people to carry out works
  • All Trades people must go through an AA Home induction workshop
  • AA Home Book a Job’s state-of-the-art software prevents work from being given out to Trades people who don’t have their credential’s up to date
  • AA Home Book a Job provides our Trades people with consistent workflow, systems and processes to help them manage and grow their business efficiently. This results in you receiving a high-quality service at a fair price.
  • Any feedback given to us on pricing is given to our Trades people, allowing them to monitor the rates that are being charged in market.
  • We provide you with an estimate for the services you require prior to you finalising your booking to give you an idea of the price you will pay.
  • We are progressively increasing our coverage area. Please email us at [email protected] with your postcode and we will contact you once we are servicing your area.
  • Once you have submitted your job someone from AA Home Book a Job will call to confirm your booking within 4 business hours 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
  • Yes. We will not proceed with any works unless someone over the age of 18 is present.
  • We will also need to process payment via Credit Card once the works have been completed (Visa/Mastercard).
  • AA Home Book a Job will endeavour to provide you with the same Trades person if requested, however cannot guarantee they will be available during your preferred booking windows.
  • You can book within two hour booking windows commencing at 7.30am and ending at 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays and weekends).
  • Yes, once you have booked your first job, follow the prompts to let us know that you require additional jobs.
  • Please call 09 927 2659 to notify AA Home Book a Job of the change to your booking.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24hrs of your confirmed booking time (excluding weekends), AA Home Book a Job may charge a $35 fee. The reason for this fee is because our Trades person won’t be able to find other work within that timeframe. We treat our Trades people well so that they treat you well.
  • Upon arrival and after speaking with you about your job, the Trades person will review the information you have provided when the booking was made and will inform you whether there will be less/additional time required to complete the job. If you are still happy to continue with the job, you will be able to sign off to enable the Trades person to proceed.
  • You will be required to provide AA Home Book a Job with two booking window preferences.
  • The Trades person will arrive within the two-hour window that we confirm with you.
  • You will be notified once the Trades person is on their way.
  • For safety and convenience, AA Home Book a Job is cashless. Your payment is processed securely and easily on Visa or Mastercard via a link that is emailed to you on completion of the works.
  • Within 24 hours following payment you will receive an email with your tax invoice.
  • Payments can only be made on Visa or Mastercard via a link that is emailed to you on completion of the works or over the phone by calling 0800 224 663.
  • AA Home Book a Job provide a 12-month workmanship Warranty on all works carried out (excluding Drain Clearing).
  • Some parts provided during your job may have an independent manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience any issues after your job is completed, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will manage the warranty process with you.
  • AA Home Book a Job have provided an estimated cost to complete the job type based on our experience and the information you have provided. Once the Trades person arrives they will determine if the price needs to be adjusted and if it does will discuss this with you.
  • The estimated price includes any parts that you have selected.
  • Our pricing includes everything - there are no hidden fees, call out charges etc.
  • Adding more than one part will not necessarily mean the price is doubled. Seeing as our Trades person is already at your house it is more efficient for them to install additional items at the same time.

  • Shortly after the job is completed you will receive a text message with a link to a website that will enable you to provide feedback of your on-site experience. This will only take a few seconds and helps us to maintain quality within our Trades person network.
