The promotion is valid only during the campaign period, Wednesday, 18th March - Sunday, 31st May.  Bookings must be quoted, accepted, and completed within this timeframe to qualify.

Eligible Services: The 15% discount applies to: Standard residential gutter cleaning, Removal of typical organic debris such as leaves, dirt, sludge, and minor blockages, Downpipe flushing where accessible and included in the standard quote.

Excluded & Additional Charge Items: The discount does not apply to additional or specialist work, including but not limited to: Removal, disconnection, or reinstatement of: Gutter foam inserts, Gutter mesh or gutter guard systems, Leaf guard covers, Bird spikes, Rodent barriers, Heating cables or sensors, Any proprietary gutter protection products, Heavily compacted blockages require specialist tools or extended labour, Repairs to gutters, brackets, joints, or downpipes, Replacement parts or materials, Roof access equipment beyond standard ladder setup (e.g., scaffolding, elevated work platforms), Health & safety controls required due to site risk. Where these items are present, additional charges will apply at full standard rates. Removal or extra work will only be carried out after customer approval of a revised quote or variation.

Gutter Protection Systems: Properties with installed gutter protection systems must be disclosed at the time of booking. Wash Rite is not responsible for damage to aged, brittle, poorly installed, or previously damaged protection products during necessary access or cleaning. If removal is required to complete the clean, this will be quoted separately and charged at full price. Reinstallation is not included unless specifically quoted.

Access Requirements: To qualify for the promotional rate: Safe and reasonable access to gutters must be available, Access paths must be clear, Water and/or power must be available if required, Work areas must meet health and safety requirements. If additional time or equipment is required due to restricted access, extra charges may apply at standard rates.

Not Valid With Other Offers: This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount, bundle, or special offer unless stated in writing. Applies to new bookings only, not previously quoted or completed work.

Minimum Charge: A minimum service charge may apply. The 15% discount applies only after the minimum charge threshold is met. Prices starting price $160 + GST

Weather & Scheduling: Service timing is subject to weather and safety conditions. Wash Rite may reschedule if conditions are unsafe. Rescheduling does not extend the promotional period unless agreed in writing.

Payment Terms: Standard Wash Rite payment terms apply. Any additional work approved on-site will be invoiced separately at normal 10% AA discount. Payment is due as per invoice terms unless otherwise agreed.

General: All work is subject to Wash Rite’s standard service terms and health & safety policies. Wash Rite reserves the right to decline work that presents an unacceptable safety risk. By accepting the quote, the customer agrees to these promotional terms and conditions.
