In most cases we can fix the problem at the roadside and have you safely on your way.
Our roadside services include:
- Six AA Roadservice callouts per year for new Members*
- Unlimited AA Roadservice callouts when you’ve been a Member for 10 consecutive years or more*
- National coverage by our expert roadservice team*
- Testing your battery and organising a replacement if necessary^
- Jump-starting your vehicle
- Getting access to your vehicle if you're locked out
- Changing your wheel
- Free delivery of fuel if you run out (you pay for the fuel)
- Free temporary side glass replacement^
- Organising a windscreen chip or crack repair^
- Mobile EV charging**
- Breakdown assistance for bicycles, e-bikes and e-scooters

Pre-existing incidents and breakdowns which occurred prior to the Member joining the AA are not covered, From the time of joining as a standard Member, there’s a 24 hour stand down period before you can access your callouts.
