Rapid Recovery Vehicle

We have introduced a Rapid Recovery Vehicle in Auckland capable of an All-Wheels-Up recovery that help save motorists time and hassle when they break down.

The purpose-built RRV can deploy its trailer and lift all four wheels of a broken-down vehicle in about 10-15 minutes, removing the need to call for a tow truck if the vehicle is unable to be mobilised at the roadside.

The Technician can then tow the broken down vehicle to the Member's home or a place of repair.   

A second RRV will be added in Auckland as part of our pilot RRV programme. If the pilot of the first two vehicles is successful, we will look to introduce more RRVs in the super city and elsewhere to work alongside existing towing partners.
