  • Can I put my Membership on hold?

    Unfortunately AA Memberships can't be placed on hold.

  • Why doesn't my AA Membership card have an expiry date on it?

    The Membership Card you currently hold is a high quality card that does not require replacement every 12 months. Your card will be reactivated each year upon receipt of your renewal payment and a new card will be issued with your renewal invoice every 5 years on the 5th anniversary of your joining date. If your card has been lost, damaged, stolen or your personal details change we will be happy to re-issue you a new one.

  • Can I phone the AA to book and/or book online my driver's licence test?

    You need to go into your nearest AA Centre to book theory and practical driver licence tests because we need to verify who we're making the booking for.

  • Can I change my address online?

    Yes. Log into MyAA with your MyAA username and password. If you don't have a MyAA username and password you can create one by completing our MyAA registration process.

  • Do I have to book my car in for a service at an AA Auto Service & Repair outlet?

    Bookings aren't essential. However they are recommended to ensure you receive the best service possible.
  • Does AA Auto Service & Repair have a guarantee?

    Yes. We provide a 12 month or 20,000km warranty on all parts and workmanship.
  • Does AA Auto Service and Repair use second hand parts?

    No. We use Original Equipment or Original Equipment spec parts direct from the manufacturer or an automotive specialist.
  • Is there an AA Auto Service & Repair centre near to where I live?

    Yes. We have AA Auto Service & Repair centres throughout New Zealand.
