You can view and download your AA Membership documents any time by logging in to MyAA at my.aa.co.nz. Once logged in, select Documents from the menu.
You'll see three tabs: Renewal Notice, Payment Receipts, and Membership Status Letter.

Select Documents from the menu
Click the Renewal Notice tab
If a renewal is due, your notice will appear here. Click the link to open it as a PDF
Use your browser's download button to save a copy to your device
If no renewal is currently due, you'll see the message: "Hooray! There are no pending payments."
Log in to my.aa.co.nz
Select Documents from the menu
Click the Payment Receipts tab
Your receipts from the past 36 months will be listed here (up to 18 receipts)
Click any receipt to open it as a PDF and download a copy
If no receipts are available yet, you'll see the message: "There are no documents yet."
Your receipt won't be attached to your renewal confirmation email - you'll need to find it in MyAA:

Select Documents from the menu
Click the Payment Receipts tab
If your receipt isn't showing yet, click Refresh on the page

Select Documents from the menu
Click the Membership Status Letter tab
Your current status letter will always be available here - click the link to open and download a PDF copy
Your status letter confirms whether your AA Membership is currently active or expired. It's particularly useful if you need to show proof of AA Membership when travelling overseas or accessing reciprocal club benefits.
The document may no longer exist in our system. Email online@aa.co.nz and the team can retrieve it for you directly.

Your session has likely expired. To fix this:
Log back in to my.aa.co.nz
Navigate back to Documents and try opening the document again
