• The promotion runs from 1 May 2026 to 30 June 2026 (inclusive) (“Promotional Period”). 
• The eligible repair or replacement must be booked and completed during the Promotional Period, unless otherwise agreed by AA Auto Glass at the time of booking.  

• The offer applies to eligible AA Auto Glass windscreen chip repairs and windscreen/side glass replacements carried out by AA Auto Glass.
• The offer is available at participating AA Auto Glass contractors around New Zealand and via AA Auto Glass mobile service in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown, subject to technician and appointment availability and a suitable safe location for the vehicle.
• Not all services are available in all locations. AA Auto Glass will advise availability at the time of booking.

• During the Promotional Period, current AA Members are entitled to the following enhanced discounts on eligible AA Auto Glass services:
• $20 (incl. GST) off AA Auto Glass windscreen chip repair (standard AA Member discount is $10 off);
• and 20% (incl. GST) off AA Auto Glass windscreen and side glass replacement (standard AA Member discount is 10% off).

be a current AA Member at the time of booking and at the time of service; and

provide a valid AA Membership number when booking or before payment is completed.

The Member discount is applied once per eligible job/invoice. Multiple chips or multiple pieces of glass repaired or replaced as part of the same job will receive one applicable discount, unless otherwise advised by AA Auto Glass.

• During the Promotional Period, customers who are not AA Members are entitled to:
• $10 (incl. GST) off AA Auto Glass windscreen chip repair; and
• 10% (incl. GST) off AA Auto Glass windscreen and side glass replacement.
• The non‑Member discount is applied once per eligible job/invoice.

• The discounts apply to AA Auto Glass standard retail pricing for the eligible repair or replacement service only.
• The discounts do not apply to:
• additional services or costs such as glass calibration, ADAS recalibration, wiper blades, tinting, mouldings, rust repair or any related work not specified as the windscreen/side glass repair or replacement;
• mobile service fees (if any) or travel charges;
• any fees charged by third parties.

Not all chips can be safely repaired. AA Auto Glass technicians will assess the damage and may recommend a replacement instead of a repair in order to meet safety standards.

The discounts are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be used to purchase gift vouchers or applied retrospectively to jobs completed outside the Promotional Period.

• Where the cost of the repair or replacement is covered by an insurance policy, the amount payable by the customer (including any excess) is determined by the customer’s insurer.
• The promotional discounts may not apply to insurance‑funded work, or may only apply where permitted by the insurer. Customers should check with AA Auto Glass and their insurer at the time of booking.
• AA Auto Glass does not provide insurance advice. Customers should refer to their policy and speak directly with their insurer for information about coverage and excess.

• The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other AA Auto Glass promotion, coupon, voucher or discount (including corporate or fleet discounts)
• Standard AA Member benefits for AA Auto Glass continue to apply outside the Promotional Period.

• By booking and completing an eligible AA Auto Glass service during the Promotional Period, customers are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• The AA reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse to honour the promotion where misuse, fraud or ineligibility is suspected.
• The AA may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion (including these Terms and Conditions) at any time by publishing an updated version on the AA website, provided that any changes will not reduce the discount already agreed for bookings confirmed prior to the change.
