1. Promoter

The promoter is The New Zealand Automobile Association (Incorporated) (NZAA) located at Level 5, 20 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland 1010 (the “Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 12:01am on 19 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Only entries received during the Promotion Period will be eligible.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to individuals who: (a) are current AA Members; (b) are 16 years of age or older; and (c) have an AA Membership due for renewal during the Promotion Period or complete a renewal during the Promotion Period.

3.2 Entry is limited to members who are eligible to receive AA renewal communications, including email communications relating to this promotion. Not all eligible members will receive communications about this promotion.

3.3 Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. Entry Mechanics

4.1 Eligible members will receive one (1) automatic entry into the prize draw when they renew their AA Membership and complete payment in full during the Promotion Period.

4.2 A renewal is defined as a successful and completed membership renewal where payment has been received and processed in full.

4.3 Members who renew via any available channel, including online, phone, or automatic payment methods such as Direct Debit, will be eligible provided payment is successfully processed within the Promotion Period.

4.4 Each eligible membership renewal will receive one (1) entry only.

5. Prize Details

5.1 There are 100 prizes available to be won.

5.2 Each prize consists of one (1) EVENT Cinemas double pass valid for two (2) admissions.

5.3 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash and are subject to EVENT Cinemas terms and conditions.

6. Prize Draw

6.1 The prize draw will take place on 3 August 2026.

6.2 The draw will be conducted electronically by the Promoter or its nominated representative.

6.3 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Fulfilment

7.1 Winners will be notified via email using the contact details associated with their AA Membership within 5 working days of the draw.

7.2 If a winner cannot be contacted within 10 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7.3 Prizes will be delivered electronically within 20 working days of confirmation.

8. General Conditions

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entrants who breach these terms.

8.2 The Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary.

8.3 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage in connection with the promotion or prize.

9. Privacy

9.1 Entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using personal information to administer the promotion.

9.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

10. Acceptance

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
