Eco Wanaka

Eco Wanaka’s Lake Cruise and Island Nature Walk is a half-day tour to discover Mou Waho Island.

A predator-free nature reserve in the centre of Lake Wānaka, Mou Waho is home to the Buff weka. Extinct on the mainland since 1920, these rare weka have been successfully re-introduced on the island.

This fully-guided tour involves a walk to the top of the island to see the lake at the summit and refreshments.
