Majestic Mansions

The Majestic Mansions are heritage apartments at Dunedin’s St Clair beach, a stone’s throw from the local cafés, restaurants and bars.

A grand 1919 heritage-listed building with a relaxed beach house vibe, Majestic Mansions is located just metres from the beach and minutes from the heart of Dunedin City.

St Clair is the perfect spot to relax and listen to the waves crashing in, watch or get amongst the surfers, swim in the famous saltwater pool, or just enjoy the popular local cafés, restaurants and design stores.
