- Promotion Period: This promotion starts at 9am 18 September 2023 and ends on 5pm 12 November 2023 - The discount is valid for the joining fees of the AA Home Response Plus annual subscription only. At the time of future subscription renewal, standard fees will apply
- The discount applies to renewals of the AA Home Response Plus annual subscription if the subscription is up for renewal during the stated promotional period only
- Existing AA Home Response Plus Subscribers are excluded from the promotion
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer
- Offer cannot be exchanged in part or in full for cash
- The offer is available per property
- Upgrades can be from either paying or gifted AA Home Response Customers
- Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
- AA Home reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and to extend, postpone or cancel the offer at any time
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts
