The most important thing is your wellbeing and that of our people. We have all been here before, and have the necessary precautions in place to ensure we operate under the Government's COVID-19 Protection Framework to protect our team, our Members, and our community.

A number of our services continue to be provided in a contactless manner, such as roadside breakdowns, and vehicle servicing. Where Members and customers need to access our services on site in our Centres, then we are following Ministry of Health advice for retailers, retaining strict hygiene measures, social distancing and enforcing the use of PPE for our Members, Customers and teams. We will continue to review the latest Government advice.
Our AA Roadservice teams are able to operate in a contactless manner, and continue to assist any Member with a roadside breakdown

Driving School has been defined as a Close Contact business as per the Government criteria. Students and Instructors must adhere to Government guidelines for Close Contact businesses, which mandates vaccinations to use this service
