We’re here to get you moving again. In most cases we’ll fix the problem at the roadside, and if extra support is needed, we’ll tow your vehicle to the nearest place of safety or repair.
Our roadside services3 include:
- Battery service – testing, jump-starting, or arranging a replacement if needed.
- Key lockout service – helping you regain access if you’re locked out.
- Flat tyre help – wheel change, or towing if you don’t have a usable spare.
- Fuel delivery – if you run out, we’ll bring you fuel (you pay for the fuel).
- Glass repair/replacement – temporary side glass replacement, or organising a windscreen chip/crack repair.4
- Mobile EV charging4
- Tow to safety – if we can’t get you moving, we’ll tow your vehicle to the nearest place of safety or repair.
- Assistance for bicycles, e-bikes and e-scooters – where safe and practical.
