AA Health Insurance Wins Canstar Gold for Most Satisfied Customers 2025

AA Health Insurance has once again proven its commitment to excellence, securing the Canstar Gold Most Satisfied Customers Award 2025 — marking the fourth time the brand has claimed the top spot in this category.
AA’s Head of Insurance and Financial Services Ben Rose says, “This recognition highlights the dedication of the AA Health Insurance team to deliver outstanding experiences and outcomes for Members and customers across New Zealand.”
Customer satisfaction was measured across six categories including Overall Satisfaction, Customer Service, Value for Money, Comprehensiveness of Cover, Cost, and Communication.
AA Health Insurance achieved a 5-Star rating in all six categories, leading the market in five out of six categories, with Value for Money and Comprehensiveness of Cover identified as the key drivers of overall satisfaction in 2025.
