Cover for existing medical conditions

Some existing medical conditions (subject to meeting criteria) are already covered by our policy. For other medical conditions, you can apply for cover at the same time you purchase your policy. An additional premium may apply.

Cover for missed connections or travel delays

If you unexpectedly miss a connection or experience travel delays, you can claim up to the benefit limit of the plan. You could be covered for alternative travel arrangement costs such as flights and accommodation, or for other related expenses incurred due to the delay such as meals.

    Cover before you depart

    If you purchase your policy before you start your trip, it's protected from unforeseen cancellation and loss of deposits the moment your cover is confirmed.

      Rental vehicle insurance excess

      Rental vehicle insurance excess cover up to $10,000 is included.

        Cover variations available subject to the plan chosen

        Choose from a range of cover variations, including Cancellation Plus, Adventure, Adventure Plus (for activities not already included in the plan), Snow Sports, Snow Sports Plus, Motorcycle/Moped Riding Plus, and the Business Pack (for work-related travel). You can also choose to increase your luggage item limits. An additional cost will apply.

          Cruise Cover

          Add Cruise Cover to be covered whilst cruising. Cruise means a trip involving a sea voyage of two nights or more duration, where transportation and accommodation is primarily on a passenger-carrying liner or ship. An additional cost will apply.
