How to claim on your policy

To make the process go smoothly, submit your claim as soon as possible, with all the details and documentation needed to support it, for example, police reports, valuations, medical reports, receipts or proof of ownership.

To make a claim you will require your policy number. Your policy number can be found on your confirmation email or on your Certificate of Insurance.

Using the online claims portal can help speed up the processing of your claim.

If you're unable to use the portal, download and complete a claim form, then email or post the form along with your supporting documents using the contact information below. We recommend keeping a scan or photocopy of the originals for your records.
