The AA’s 18 District Councils hold their Annual General Meetings (AGM) every year in November.
The business to be conducted at each District Council AGM is as follows:
a) approve the minutes of the previous AGM;
b) the retirement and election of District Councillors;
c) to receive a report of that District Council's affairs;
d) to receive the Annual Report of the Association for the preceding financial year;
e) to discuss any general business arising from c) and d); and
f) to transact any other business of which due notice has been given or for which the Constitution otherwise provides.
All personal AA Members, who have paid their annual subscription in full, are welcome to attend their local District Council AGM in person. Entry to a District Council's AGM requires a valid AA Membership card to be shown.
